Penguin Travels 3,100 Miles

A Magellan Penguin has swam/waddled the 3,100 miles from its native Magellan Islands home in southern Chile to the Peruvian Paracas national reserve. Park officials are concerned that it'll be rejected hy the native Humboldt penguins living on site and are contacting their colleagues in Chile to try to send it home.

According to the BBC, the explaination is that the penguin seems to have become "somewhat confused".
