Confessions of a Dirty Pirate

Arrr there.

Over on Tor's newly launched "watch the skies" site is this Confessions of a Dirty Pirate article by Pablo Defendini about piracy and why he is a "bloody, stinkin’, thieving, baby-killing, livelihood-destroying, profit-sucking file-sharer."

He says "I think it's fair to say that there are legal alternatives out there for those that want to enjoy TV programming ‘on-demand’, but these solutions are not entirely adequate--at least for me--for various reasons." and goes on to cover the downsides of current cable, PVR, iTunes and streaming offers.
